so one particular use case that comes to mind is in a manufacturing ERP base solution where you have the data of your previous sales orders and purchase orders. You can use Bluebirds to analyse that data and come up with insights about how to manage your sales or how to obtain more leads based on the trend of products that have been sold in the previous quarter or year

• Its integration with Agent force is really amazing. Using the context by which the Agent AI has been trained, and then converting those two actual sales leads is something that Bluebirds does efficiently.

• Honestly, I think Bluebirds does an amazing job as an augmentation on top of existing CRM, but like the functionalities it provides with the Salesforce CRM is a lot more sophisticated if you integrated with some other external vendors like Oracle or SAP. If integration were to be made more suitable with cross products, other than the Salesforce cloud itself, this will be probably the best Agent AI sales CRM augmentation product in the market.

I think Bluebirds is definitely one of the few products out there that provides this amazing integration with existing CRM solutions which requires minimal to no expertise in order to set up so this can be used by software engineers as well as business analyst . I like to ensure they can process or create leads from here, data and also this reduces the dependency on specific tools or the training required to learn these tools so that the cost incurred by the company is reduced as they are spending only on one tool now and at the same time, we are able to cut the manual labour to minimum.

Because of its easy integration with Agent force Bluebirds is really useful. If you are already working with Salesforce ERP, that’s what we have been doing for. I think for the past 10 to 15 years, Bluebirds is probably the best option out there. Bluebirds is kind of helping in modernising the Agent based CRM era
