Crisis24 Critical Event Management (CEM) vs. Lua

Its well suited for early warnings; wellness checks; repeatable long-term duration events. ITs easy to train admins on it. I dont really see any less appropriate uses -- you may not want to use it for EVERYTHING or people ignore messages. So your admins need to be smart about deploying its capabilities. but it has never let me down.

I wouldn't recommend Lua because they were recently acquired by another company and will be shutting down. It was unfortunate that we were only given 2 months notice right after signing up for another 1-year term.

We chose Lua because of their price point and feature set compared to other tools.

• Without it I wouldn't have a security business case
• Employees demand this type of service exist
• In a cyber incident you need this kind of out of band mechanism to communicate
