MIR3 is being used as our automated notification system in the event of a corporate incident to disseminate critical information and to provide directive.

Easy to set up
Easy to update
Easy to download and upload data

Cons

Some of the extended options can be confusing, but they've provided definitions that appear when you linger on an option. That's helpful, but the extended options interactions can still be a little confusing.
I'd like to be able to share the complete notification process with users as a reference guide, I don't think that's available.

MIR3 is very well suited to customize your broadcasts and notifications so you're prepared. If a call initiator opts to modify an existing callout message via phone, however, I don't believe there's a way to modify the associated response actions, which can become confusing.
