Overall Satisfaction with OnSolve

MIR3 is being used as our automated notification system in the event of a corporate incident to disseminate critical information and to provide directive.
  • Easy to set up

  • Easy to download and upload data
  • Some of the extended options can be confusing, but they've provided definitions that appear when you linger on an option. That's helpful, but the extended options interactions can still be a little confusing.
  • I'd like to be able to share the complete notification process with users as a reference guide, I don't think that's available.

We didn't compare them to other available notification systems.
MIR3 is very well suited to customize your broadcasts and notifications so you're prepared. If a call initiator opts to modify an existing callout message via phone, however, I don't believe there's a way to modify the associated response actions, which can become confusing.
