I cannot think of any scenarios, but I look forward in the near future to make use of the email option as a webpage for outreaching to potential and current customers.

Not well suited for anything compared to other options. All major competitors in stock imagery space perform better in every way that mattered to us

• They do a great sales pitch on the phone to get you to buy in

• Find stock photos
• Download different sizes
• Save images

• I cannot think of any improvements for them to make.
• I have been very satisfied with their products.
• I would like to be able to incorporate my logo on the plan I currently use.

• Limited selection of imagery with poor search capability.
• No ability to filter.
• The AI is useless.
• Scammy "trial period" that auto-switches to the expensive annual paid plan without notice.

I am not sure if I am using it to its fullest potential and if I have the skill or focus time to invest in using it for our promotions. I do not know how to measure our return on the investment.

The usability of the platform is average at best.

The customer support did not try to resolve my issue with the accidental charging and the refund I requested. Although they were quick to answer my email.

This does not apply to me.

• It cost me money with no return at all

• it cost us money that would have been much better spent elsewhere
• it cost us time to try to deal with the company by email and to write reviews
• it annoyed us while testing and aggravated us when we learned we had been duped
