CUX.io vs. DYNO Mapper

It's great to have such a tool in your closet as a UX designer or else it's hard to find those pain points. The tool was very helpful in finding weak points at specific sites, collecting data, and presenting it to show the severity of the issue. Additionally, it revealed unnoticed errors and inconsistencies and contributed to quick fixes.

Website redesign with an automated visual site map generator to map out a vast number of internet pages in a single crawl and to bring service into ADA compliance the DYNO Mapper is very well suited. It's helpful in identifying known errors in the website. It can integrate with Adobe Acrobat DC and Google Analytics.

• There are a lot of features; it does take some time to understand what is there in order to make the most use of everything
• Some additional user tutorials might be useful to introduce new users to all the features
• Data loading can be a bit smoother and faster

CUX.io has a really clean UI that was easy to use and a good fit for what we needed. It combined features that we had from other products and was well-geared towards automating the type of analysis that we were interested in. It also had great customer support that really helped us to get started without any hurdles.
