Overall Satisfaction with

It's a user behavior analysis tool that we use to understand our users. As a UX designer, it helps a lot. One of the key features of this tool is that it is able to highlight where the user's pain points are within your site and give you tips on how to improve them, which makes it a great investment. It will also convert hard-to-understand emotions into easily approachable metrics.

It's great to have such a tool in your closet as a UX designer or else it's hard to find those pain points. The tool was very helpful in finding weak points at specific sites, collecting data, and presenting it to show the severity of the issue. Additionally, it revealed unnoticed errors and inconsistencies and contributed to quick fixes.
