CUX.io vs. LinkNotions

It's great to have such a tool in your closet as a UX designer or else it's hard to find those pain points. The tool was very helpful in finding weak points at specific sites, collecting data, and presenting it to show the severity of the issue. Additionally, it revealed unnoticed errors and inconsistencies and contributed to quick fixes.

I think LinkNotion is well suited to make visually appealing diagrams. Super useful for presentations. I would say to do more traditional spreadsheeting exercise, I would default to Excel

• Strong built-in analysis features that allow the design team to pull and analyze data easily

• There are a lot of features; it does take some time to understand what is there in order to make the most use of everything
• Some additional user tutorials might be useful to introduce new users to all the features
• Data loading can be a bit smoother and faster

LinkNotions overall usability is not bad. I wouldn't say the software is exceptionally intuitive but it's easy to set up and get going

I connected with customer support a couple of times throughout using LinkNotions. I found that it was easy to reach technical support. I find that the product works well and there's enough support articles online

CUX.io has a really clean UI that was easy to use and a good fit for what we needed. It combined features that we had from other products and was well-geared towards automating the type of analysis that we were interested in. It also had great customer support that really helped us to get started without any hurdles.

I would say Microsoft Excel, Air Table and SmartRow are all valid competitors. Excel is great for preforming calculations and building large spreadsheets, automating monthly tasks. But Excel doesn't provide the visual appeal that LinkNotes does
