CyberCPR vs. Sophos Rapid Response

[We use CyberCPR] for investigations on IT that are totally compromised. Using the cloud solution, you can be up and running in minutes with the advantage of being able to access the tool from anywhere on the internet. New users are onboarded quickly and can pick it up fast. It scales well from 3 users to 500 and the server load looks low.

Knock on wood we haven't had a instance where we need to bring the Rapid Response team in. But from the meetings we had we are certain that they will be a valuable asset if and when we have an incident.

• API development has been a long time coming

• For a non-profit pricing could always be better

It's simpler to use, doesn't cost vast sums (it's about 1/10 of the others looked at). Users like the cleaner UI and it's not complicated

We were a Secureworks customer and there were limitations on the platform that caused us to evaluate competitors. We didn't get to far in discussions with Palo but from what we heard and reach about Sophos RR it was an easy decision.

• It's low cost means the ROI is higher
• The security means when needed, its there and ready to be used.
• The deployment options mean you can choose one to match budget.

• It was a positive when we negotiated our cyber insurance
• It is comforting to the Board of Trustees that we have this in our back pocket
• Helps us sleep at night knowing they're a phone call away
