CyberCPR vs. Squadcast

[We use CyberCPR] for investigations on IT that are totally compromised. Using the cloud solution, you can be up and running in minutes with the advantage of being able to access the tool from anywhere on the internet. New users are onboarded quickly and can pick it up fast. It scales well from 3 users to 500 and the server load looks low.

We tied Squadcast into our CI/CD pipeline for Airflow monitoring of workflows, and had it looking for failures and specific jobs. Then communicating out to a resource group with automated no answer or response next person communication. A lot of tools stop at one generic communication, but Squadcast allows you to take it a step further.

• Clean UI
• Easy to use
• Fast user onboarding
• Managed communications well

• Allows you to configure monitoring on events across the enterprise
• Very flexible in the channels that you can communicate to - i.e. Slack, Email, SMS, etc...
• Provides integrations into the systems that you use on a daily basis
• Has a very easy to use online interface that comes with little to no learning curve

• API development has been a long time coming

• Can be costly depending on how deep your budget is!
• Support is not always the best

It's simpler to use, doesn't cost vast sums (it's about 1/10 of the others looked at). Users like the cleaner UI and it's not complicated

Squadcast is a much more user friendly product that works with multiple platforms and tools. I can't say this easily for the other tools that I've used

• It's low cost means the ROI is higher
• The security means when needed, its there and ready to be used.
• The deployment options mean you can choose one to match budget.

• Squadcast has allowed us to reduce cost of an incident overall by reducing time to find an issue, communicate, and get an assigned resource.
• Squadcast has created an increased awareness among teams in the enterprise of services and processes.
