Cybereason Defense Platform vs. DocuSign Identify

I'd recommend Cybereason due to it's efficacy, low TCO, low false/positive rate. The product was easy to implement and maintain. One of the major advantages of using Cybereason is that it requires minimal training for level 1 users to use the tool.

One specific scenario that we use this tool is to verify the identity of our clients whenever they request a loan from our company. We are required to ask for their ID verification. It's a great tool that saves you time but also is secure and easy to use for your clients. It makes the whole process easier and faster.

Cybereason provides superior protection than either Microsoft or CrowdStrike and a better TCO. We receive less false positives than with Microsoft Defender and Cybereason is easier for level 1 users to use.

We selected DocuSign Identify because of the company's reputation. We already use DocuSign to request signatures, but this new feature syncs well with our process

• MalOps is very good
• When we face a bug, it takes too much time for them to respond

• Our process has improved tremendously. We can now request ID verification in minutes. It takes our clients five minutes to verify
• It is a safe way to request for ID verification
• No hassle and unnecessary back and forth emails
