It currently does not represent a strong enough reason for someone with prior experience of an online video player to switch from a rival product, like say Brightcove. Cons	Ooyala's integration with the ad serving platform is not as good in terms of user interface and user experience. The user interface could be improved (making it more like YouTube and Vimeo). Return on Investment	Ooyala certainly helped improve ROI. It also provides a strong capability for integration with other marketing automation tools for improved digital marketing ROI.
