The iCharts has suited our organization work as it has helped us a lot in our internal and external works. As we use iCharts for the internal team in representing the working reports and data of the business in an accurate manner. It helps in representing the presentation to the client to showcase our work and present him the data and work flow through the iCharts. As I don't found anything missing in this software.

• Collecting data from on-premise and cloud data repositories.
• Availability of drag and drop chart creation improves data visualization.
• It makes it effective to share insights with KPI dashboards.

• Their new platform is easy to navigate
• We had a dedicated support person to help set up searches and train in the use of iCharts
• Separate Dashboards for each group

• Collecting data from on-premise tools like Concur Invoice was overwhelming, but we were able to partner with external service providers.

• The new platform has limitations on colors and sizing
• iCharts seem to have closed its doors without notification and now we have a product with no support

DataHero has intuitive and easy to use user interface making it easy to navigate features.

I haven't interacted with DataHero support, but they must be knowledgeable and responsive regarding how they have documented the features on this tool.

Both DataHero and Excel4apps are great business intelligence tools, but the latter don't offer room for growth due to unavailability of large and global enterprises BI tools.

I haven't experience any other alternative product of this.

• Seamless insight sharing across teams in different departments increase productivity.
• DataHero keep us updated by getting insights across all datasets.
• No stale data or manual procedures when reporting with DataHer.
