• Collecting data from on-premise and cloud data repositories.
• Availability of drag and drop chart creation improves data visualization.
• It makes it effective to share insights with KPI dashboards.

• It gives me all of the available data for a particular roadway and allows me to define the filters I need to search for particular crash types on that roadway.
• I like the map or satellite views of the maps. This is very helpful in being able to see the terrain when I have identified a particular crash of interest.
• There is a graphic display for every type of crash data that is entered from the police report.

• Collecting data from on-premise tools like Concur Invoice was overwhelming, but we were able to partner with external service providers.

• I would like to print a PDF of the map showing the crash locations. Currently, I use the snipping tool to create an image of the map.

I haven't interacted with DataHero support, but they must be knowledgeable and responsive regarding how they have documented the features on this tool.

Both DataHero and Excel4apps are great business intelligence tools, but the latter don't offer room for growth due to unavailability of large and global enterprises BI tools.
