It is very good for analytics and performs precisely well under the feature of data reporting. The gigantic amount of data that can be fed into the system and can be read and understood well, and also analytics can be performed well under the tools that the platform presents. Overall it is a decent product.

• Collecting data from on-premise and cloud data repositories.
• Availability of drag and drop chart creation improves data visualization.

• Collecting data from on-premise tools like Concur Invoice was overwhelming, but we were able to partner with external service providers.

ORBIT is so incredibly user-friendly. It makes things so much easier and it makes them go so much quicker.

I haven't interacted with DataHero support, but they must be knowledgeable and responsive regarding how they have documented the features on this tool.

Both DataHero and Excel4apps are great business intelligence tools, but the latter don't offer room for growth due to unavailability of large and global enterprises BI tools.

It provides a wide range of functionalities that are absent in the other platform. There are a large number of customizable services offered. It is very user-friendly and output-driven which makes it easier to interpret. It also supports ad-hoc reporting and data stories in an easier manner and format which makes it easier to use for users who are just beginners.
