Overall Satisfaction with Orbit Reporting and Analytics

Orbit Reporting can be used for analytics and for making better business decisions, data integration, and advanced data reporting. Basically, we use it for data reporting when the enormous amount of data that we get has to be put up in a better manner so that it can be better presented and understood by the clients.

It provides a wide range of functionalities that are absent in the other platform. There are a large number of customizable services offered. It is very user-friendly and output-driven which makes it easier to interpret. It also supports ad-hoc reporting and data stories in an easier manner and format which makes it easier to use for users who are just beginners.

Orbit Reporting is user-friendly and beginner-friendly and helps in reporting, business decision making and allows to make better analytics too. It offers a wide range of customization options for reporting and ad-hoc dashboard reporting. Its focused approach on data discovery and visualization helps the reports be more understandable and pleasing thus giving the user a great experience.
I never had a chance to work with the support team for Orbit Reporting and Analytics, hence cannot really comment here.
It is very good for analytics and performs precisely well under the feature of data reporting. The gigantic amount of data that can be fed into the system and can be read and understood well, and also analytics can be performed well under the tools that the platform presents. Overall it is a decent product.
