Usability	Deel, Inc I find Deel great for safety, privacy, security, and reliability. However, the UX is not always easy to navigate, which can hinder use. They do have great support, but it’s needed because the analytics and reporting are not perfect. I have not heard too many complaints, though. Alternatives Considered	Deel, Inc We moved from Globalization Partners (GP) to Deel because we needed an Employer of Record solution with a much more scalable pricing and service model. GP's platform is clunky - we often can't get the right access to what we need, employees have trouble finding what they need and it results in having to submit a support ticket. Deel is much more intuitive - it puts everything at employees' fingertips and makes things much more self-service. Made us globally compliant and has allowed us to hire in all jurisdictions without having to worry about legal implications.
