Likelihood to Recommend	DeliverySuite No answers on this topic	Fleet Complete Fleet Complete is a great software with a great build. I would just like to see them update some of the features. The desktop version is a big item that really could use an update. They also need to set up an alert system that will notify you when a tracker stops working. Other than that, it is an easy to use system. The trackers are easy to install and there are numerous reports that you are able to pull on demand. Great for IFTA tracking! Cons	DeliverySuite No answers on this topic	Fleet Complete Desktop version is very outdated. Needs to be created to work with Macs as well. The trackers will stop working without notifying you. Support Rating	DeliverySuite No answers on this topic	Fleet Complete Sometimes it can take days to get through to support. It is also an inconvenience when you have to get a device replaced. First you have to call them to troubleshoot the device. Then they have to create the order, which then takes about another month to get to you. We utilized Teletrac for 3 years, and for a good two of those years, half of our devices would not work. It was a nightmare to try to get them replaced also.
