Deloitte Cyber Risk is one of the largest cybersecurity consulting practices in the world, and they offer a very broad range of IT security services including advisory, product selection, implementation, managed services, etc.
Deloitte is proficient in all aspects of customer relationship management. Outside of improving client relationships, they helped us strengthen our compliance and risk management and created internal operational efficiencies. The consultants did a very good job of working together with our team and were very transparent and professional in answering all questions raised during the implementation process. We were all on the same page in the end there were no dissatisfied managers.

It is well suited when a business is ready to innovate and transform using the latest technologies. It helps implement new strategies and develop plans. However, it may be less appropriate when a company has just transitioned to another stage in their product and need to focus on growth. And also know the cybersecurity risks.

The price is a bit steep, but considering how functional it is, it's fair to pay in order to work with a good CRM system.
Some methods of scheduling meetings and overall consistent check-ins could have been more organized and flexible to meet the needs of our organization.
Reports could be a bit better structured and more straight to the point.

I liked Deloitte's way of working better, I like its interface, the response time of its technicians, they are punctual, good prices, and responsible. It meets all the expectations we had about its products. It is best suited when we have a complex business requirement to implement within a short period of time. Provided we have a good budget. Keeping aside the budget, Deloitte does pretty well compared to other consulting firms.
