You can log your time on any job; billable, non-billable, customer jobs, and internal jobs. WorkBook also keeps track of absence entries and holiday requests. CUSTOMERS & PROJECTS Add as many customers, contacts, and projects/jobs as you like. Jobs are connected to clients and each job can be set to be billable, non-billable, internal, or a client job. COLLABORATION Collaborate with your colleagues and clients and keep track of comments, news, events, and notifications. Receive notifications whenever you need to approve anything, or a warning if something is about to go wrong. FILE SHARING Save all of your files in WorkBook and benefit from having them being kept secure in one, central location. Whenever a new customer or job is added, WorkBook will automatically create a folder structure (decided by you), allowing you to upload all of your documents and briefings to WorkBook. WorkBook will connect directly to your local file server or online storage, which means that you can save your files locally and have them be shown in WorkBook. Moreover, we have options to integrate with Google Drive or Dropbox.

My recommendation very much depends on who the colleague is. I would recommend WorkBook if it is an accountant, project manager or someone similar, and if the setup is done within WorkBook and passwords, etc. are being used within WorkBook only. I would tell IT Managers to avoid the application and think twice in terms of access management etc.

So Sitetracker is a future-proof cloud platform built on Salesforce to benefit from smarter document management, machine learning, enterprise-grade security, and more. And that's how it has made the ecosystem quite complete by introducing various feature sets for the construction process, and it has included AI Reports and Insights which are really helpful. The overall product engineering is an absolute treat for all the users, as most of the features are built keeping the target audience in mind.

  • The integrations on IT level are not great and should be improved.
  • Change of IP's that's used for logins are being changed without reporting it to super users.

  • So the availability of the platform should be more, i.e. it should give support for desktop, android and iOs apps with smartwatch widget support also
  • The AI generated reports can be bit drilled down and made more user friendly as there are a lot of data so it can easily be quite wholesome for someone new.
  • The overall speed of the application can be improved and it should have data centers in different regions too for faster delivery of services.
