Overall Satisfaction with Sitetracker

We decided to go with Sitetraker to solve the multiple bottlenecks that the company was dealing with. This tool has helped us in our daily project management tasks, to smooth out and speed up this process, as well as to streamline among the different stakeholders involved. My team loves using customizable templates that come with the service, without needing to have coding knowledge. I personally also love its analytics features, which support decision-making and looking back at performance.

The Sitetracker rep came back a few times to negotiate the price and throw in additional features, so overall the price was very competitive for bundled services. Once the contract was signed, the implementation process was smooth, with easy-to-integrate step-by-step documentation. Among other features, my team praises the customizable templates which eliminate the need for coding knowledge.

Sitetracker came of great help to streamline our processes in terms of launching omnichannel initiatives. It provides assistance for project managers to launch all their projects with ease, it has scalability, flexibility, and logical workflows. It also came at a reasonable price considering the bundle of services that it could be paired with. On the opposite hand, the features take a long time to load at times.
