Ingram Micro is a global technology consultancy providing a full spectrum of global technology and supply chain services.
Most of the project management is done internally. They are responsible for their daily activities and their team composition, and they do well in both of those areas. Communication is very good. We measure quality in terms of productivity versus bugs. They produce quality code and are effective in their use of time. Designveloper is also proactive, pointing out when something isn’t right so it can get fixed. That was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I’m very happy with them.
Works well if you want to 1) Fulfill your own eComm orders. 2) Want the ability to do dropship with 3rd party retailers. 3) Want LOT# control (e.g. if you're in the food industry). There are a plethora of companies that can do ecomm fulfillment but they don't have the ability to do option 2 & 3.

Very hard to find the products you're looking for on the site if you don't already know exactly what you're trying to find. Lots of similar/identical products with uninformative naming conventions.
Poor faceted navigation.
Entire site is painfully slow.
The policy of automatically closing inactive accounts after 12 months, with no ability to re-open it upon customer request, is crazy.
Pricing on most commonplace IT products (outside of things like HPE servers) is not competitive at all, it's almost always cheaper to just buy on Amazon, and even when Ingram is cheaper, the difference is so negligible it's pointless to bother.

Following an agile methodology, Designveloper delivered the project within four months, and it's now being tested by the internal team. The CMS is expected to be pivotal in improving content creation workflows. Customers can expect a well-prepared partner with high technical ability. Their team was extremely well-prepared from the very beginning. This helped to jump-start productivity at the start of the project.
Their consulting and business-oriented approach was impressive. They are willing to solve real business problems. The Designveloper team communicates clearly and resolves platform challenges efficiently, enabling ongoing collaboration. Besides, they provided DevOps services to refine the architecture of an ad tech solution. They worked to make the tool scalable so that it could handle incoming requests before adding new features.
We are impressed by how quickly Designveloper understood our business. Unique was the quick adaptation of the team to the needs of the project. They have provided high-quality, reliable support. They’re particularly excellent at automation testing. Their products have received very positive feedback for their usability. They’ve successfully met the client’s requirements and will continue to be an ongoing partner.
