Overall Satisfaction with Ingram Micro

  • Seamless integration with Shopify / 3rd party drop-ship fulfillment.
  • Full network of 3rd warehouses to expand distribution.
  • Quick order fulfillment & excellent warehouse customer service.
  • Their system could have better analytics, sometimes I feel like I have to really data dive to get what I need.
  • Inventory analytics could also be an improvement, hard to determine the transaction history of SKUs.
Works well if you want to
1) Fulfill your own eComm orders.
2) Want the ability to do dropship with 3rd party retailers.
3) Want LOT# control (e.g. if you're in the food industry).

There are a plethora of companies that can do ecomm fulfillment but they don't have the ability to do option 2 & 3.
