• Estimation of user stories in agile team.
• Recording the estimations and events directly to JIRA.
• Estimations can be done without leaving JIRA.
• Best suitable in this pandemic situation as most of the people are working remotely.
• Different estimation scales are present to adapt as per the team norms for example Fibonacci, T-shirt sizing and custom estimations as well.

Scenarios where it is less suitable:

• Where only inbuilt chat box from DevSamurai is used. So synchronization is an issue there.
• And apart from that a consistent internet connectivity is required.

Jixee is particularly useful when it comes to automating the creation, updating, and completion of development project tasks. Jixee facilitates cross-platform collaboration by integrating with services currently used by development teams. Jixee has the ability to interact with chat apps, allowing teams to stay in touch.

• Its goes very well with the task automation.
• Its very easy to learn and then to use.
• It consolidate all aspects of the development or task completion cycle.
• Supports cross platform.
• Engages team a lot, hence imparts a better bonding.

• Live chat box feature need to be improvised as it still not robust.
• Integration module should be flexible enough to stick with other workflow tools.

• The price can be a bit steep. Although you can use it totally free for 7 days to try it out and see if it is useful for your company.
• The payment is per user, which would generate a higher cost to companies with a large number of employees. Although if you join a plan and lower the number of users, the price of the plan is automatically updated.
• This is a cloud-based software, so it cannot work without an internet connection.

1. Jixee is always better in terms of handling task management issue. 2. Overall focus is always on agile development. 3. Design templates are very exciting. 4. onboarding tutorial sessions for beginners. 5. accelerates team communication. 6. Real time chat module. 6. No toggle between multiple windows to reference a task.

• Estimation of user stories and updating the JIRA is automated and hence resulted in reduced efforts in poker planning.
• No need to be present under same roof for estimation, and hence a flexibility which is much required in this scenario.
• Clients can have a clear and better picture of estimation at any time with all statistics and hence customer sees more transparency.

• Very easy to use.
• Easy to learn.
