We are using customer experience at sprint planning parts. The product owner gives some hints to developers. Developers theorize ideas regarding user stories.

It's the era of agile development methodology. And most products are getting developed under agile development cycle. One of the important ceremonies from agile scrum is story estimation, to estimate what complexity a story is supposed to be. And that needs to be estimated unanimously or by a whole team together using Poker and after estimation Jira should be updated in this respect. So yeah a lot of manual tasks seem to be done during Sprint Planning ceremony. And one more issue was planning poker game can be well played under the same roof only, and in this pandemic situation work from home is being practiced.
