They all have similar functions, but I decided on DNSimple because of its prices and the fact that it does not have your domain "kidnapped", since you can have your domain at any time to move it to another provider. It also offers very personalized support to customers and tries to solve any problems that arise.

Compared to other domain and DNS registrars Namesilo does a very good job. I would put them in the same top-tier category as google domains or cloud flare. They are offer top-of-class customer support and service as well as a very polished user interface. Highly recommended to anyone.
