Docully Deals Platform vs. Kiteworks

Docully Deals Platform is a virtual data room solution that is designed with security as the top priority, it has the power to encrypt and store data on secure servers with access controls to prevent unauthorized access. It is a platform that gives us the safe and fascinating experience of keeping data discreet and confidential as a secure file sharing.

Kiteworks is very good for securely sharing files external to your company and doing so without your customers knowing who each other are. The interface is simple and relatively intuitive. We have had some issues in getting timely support from Accellion this past year, but they seem to be doing better lately.

• Docully Deals Platform works perfectly for us thanks to the fact that it is a reliable and secure virtual data room for strategic transactions, it works for us for massive uploading of files and detailed monitoring of activities.
• It is a perfect platform that adjusts to the needs of my organization, offering solutions that help us when sharing files and mass uploading of users, making the processes simple and safe.

• Encrypting our files appears to be less than 100% complete
• Software updates cannot be scheduled to take place automatically like their old product
• Detailed activity logging is not available to administrators. You must submit the logs to Accellion for analysis.

Docully Deals Platform is a virtual data room platform that improves the way we keep files, information and data safe. It is a solution that works safely, simply and effectively helping companies to securely archive data Confidential, avoiding information leaks and keeping everyone's data. It is a solution that provides excellent solutions, features that fit our needs.

The main reason for selecting Kiteworks is that when sharing files with multiple customers, each customer has no idea who the other customers are. To do that in Teams would require users to create a private team for each customer, which would be very [time-consuming].

• Docully Deals Platform is an excellent virtual data room tool that has significantly improved productivity, increased workflow, cost reduction, time savings and maximum security.

• Before then kitework we used 3 different products. It was expensive and difficult manage.
