Document 365 vs. FirmRoom

One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

This is a great data room for a simple transaction. It does not offer all of the bells and whistles like some data rooms--but the price point is a fraction of what those data rooms cost. And I think this is a great solution for an M&A project. I'm not sure it would be as good for tracking what users viewed a document or how long--although in all honesty, I didn't see such features. These days, most clients want to try and use Dropbox or Google Docs and I feel that firm room is a far superior solution to those often-used choices and the price point is not very painful and does not decrease the attractiveness of the offering.

• NOT support other formats, only PDFs.

• There is some latency in loading larger documents. So sometimes it wasn't quite as quick as I would have liked.

Basically the recommendation of Document 365 is based on the price-performance ratio against NITRO and Adobe (Really expensive)Ease of use was not decisive in the evaluation.The ease of scanning against NITRO and Adobe is more or less the same.The determining feature of Document 365 is the ease of converting documents to PDF

In expensive cost and simple design. There was basically no onboarding needed and you can sign up for yourself online. Security standards are similar to other M&A data rooms, but pricing is much less expensive. Never have to worry about permissions when adding new users to the virtual data room.

• Cost of the tool is really inexpensive for the productivity that the tool cause in the companies.

• Much less expensive than per page data rooms
• Can view documents quicker with the in-platform viewer
• Almost no training required which saves me time when inviting new users
