Document 365 vs. SignEasy

One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

If you have an operation like us in which you cannot start operations with your client until you have all the documentation signed, this is the right option, since in urgent matters with proper coordination you can have all the legal paperwork signed in just a few minutes.

Sometimes the electronic signature of certain documents is not yet clear under the Mexican law to be accepted with the same validity as a handwritten signature. So we still get the paper copies.

• NOT support other formats, only PDFs.

The email me several times a year to check in and see that we are doing well or if we have any questions. They have also flown to us from their HQ to Dallas, TX to come tour our facility and see how we use their product first hand.

Basically the recommendation of Document 365 is based on the price-performance ratio against NITRO and Adobe (Really expensive)Ease of use was not decisive in the evaluation.The ease of scanning against NITRO and Adobe is more or less the same.The determining feature of Document 365 is the ease of converting documents to PDF

Adobe does not allow you to save signatures, easily enter dates, and its form structure is clunky to work with. SignEasy is more user-friendly.

• Save time when working with documents
• The log in the documents permit more security before sending documents to a customer
• Cost of the tool is really inexpensive for the productivity that the tool cause in the companies.

• It is total. The decrease in the cost of obtaining the client in the final item of the process is almost total. With just one month of what was previously spent on parcels we can cover a year of the service of this platform.
• We save a lot of paper in the process.
• We have a complete traceability of the information and we reduce the loss of important documents.
