Document 365 vs. Sitetracker

One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

So Sitetracker is a future-proof cloud platform built on Salesforce to benefit from smarter document management, machine learning, enterprise-grade security, and more. And that's how it has made the ecosystem quite complete by introducing various feature sets for the construction process, and it has included AI Reports and Insights which are really helpful. The overall product engineering is an absolute treat for all the users, as most of the features are built keeping the target audience in mind.

• NOT support other formats, only PDFs.

• So the availability of the platform should be more, i.e. it should give support for desktop, android and iOs apps with smartwatch widget support also
• The AI generated reports can be bit drilled down and made more user friendly as there are a lot of data so it can easily be quite wholesome for someone new.
• The overall speed of the application can be improved and it should have data centers in different regions too for faster delivery of services.

Basically the recommendation of Document 365 is based on the price-performance ratio against NITRO and Adobe (Really expensive)Ease of use was not decisive in the evaluation.The ease of scanning against NITRO and Adobe is more or less the same.The determining feature of Document 365 is the ease of converting documents to PDF

Better use case scenarios, better industry experience and better leverage on task and document Management. Integrated seamlessly with our ERP system (Oracle) for budget, costs tracking and forecasting of project phases and the overall project as well.

• Save time when working with documents
• The log in the documents permit more security before sending documents to a customer
• Cost of the tool is really inexpensive for the productivity that the tool cause in the companies.
