DocuSign Identify vs. Forter

One specific scenario that we use this tool is to verify the identity of our clients whenever they request a loan from our company. We are required to ask for their ID verification. It's a great tool that saves you time but also is secure and easy to use for your clients. It makes the whole process easier and faster.

Anyone looking to increase acceptance rates for Ecommerce orders should look into an AI solution like Forter. And if you are replacing a manual system/legacy application already in place, this is a good option.

We selected DocuSign Identify because of the company's reputation. We already use DocuSign to request signatures, but this new feature syncs well with our process

• Our process has improved tremendously. We can now request ID verification in minutes. It takes our clients five minutes to verify
• It is a safe way to request for ID verification
• No hassle and unnecessary back and forth emails
