DocuSign Identify vs. IDnow

One specific scenario that we use this tool is to verify the identity of our clients whenever they request a loan from our company. We are required to ask for their ID verification. It's a great tool that saves you time but also is secure and easy to use for your clients. It makes the whole process easier and faster.

It's a good way to get up and running with a KYC process, albeit a bit clunky once set up. I would not recommend IDnow to an enterprise-level company because I think it's more conducive to a smaller, mid-sized business more so than a larger organization looking for all the bells and whistles.

We selected DocuSign Identify because of the company's reputation. We already use DocuSign to request signatures, but this new feature syncs well with our process

• Our process has improved tremendously. We can now request ID verification in minutes. It takes our clients five minutes to verify
• It is a safe way to request for ID verification
• No hassle and unnecessary back and forth emails
