DocuSign Identify vs. One Identity Defender

One specific scenario that we use this tool is to verify the identity of our clients whenever they request a loan from our company. We are required to ask for their ID verification. It's a great tool that saves you time but also is secure and easy to use for your clients. It makes the whole process easier and faster.

Frankly, it is suited both when someone is working from home or in office. There can be kids who would fiddle with the machine or in office, someone might do it knowingly or unknowingly. This added layer ensures that the user is a tad bit safer. The only problem is that, once you login, you don't get triggers for an entire day. I wish if they add a trigger after every hour or two. I know it would be annoying but at least my identity is secure.

We selected DocuSign Identify because of the company's reputation. We already use DocuSign to request signatures, but this new feature syncs well with our process

Bomgar is much easier to set up & there is only one step when connecting while Defender takes a few steps.

• Our process has improved tremendously. We can now request ID verification in minutes. It takes our clients five minutes to verify
• It is a safe way to request for ID verification
• No hassle and unnecessary back and forth emails
