To get a flexible set of payment options quickly provisioned on your online store, Klarna is ideal. They offer the usual payment options and also additional buy now pay later options which give the customer a full selection of choices. With Klarna you can do one integration and get access to all of these.

Compared to other similar multi-vendor marketplace platforms, Dokan has much more features and easier to use and manage.

The support needs to be improved as some of the support representatives do not seem to understand the client's request and keep sending canned responses.

Klarna have the most advanced and comprehensive solution which includes buy now pay later.

• Positive impact on small to medium shops.
• Needs good advertisement and features to get large shops to sign up.
• Needs more bulk product import and management features.

• They take a fee, larger than other systems do, so I do lose some money there.
• I make more sales than I would without the payment option through Klarna.
