DonorSearch vs. Tithe.ly

When doing research, it's been very helpful to see real estate ownership along with SEC holdings in one spot which has been helpful in leads. However, with the real estate, at times it doesn't match the names on the property records which adds an additional step on my end to complete

Breeze is fantastic for small to medium-sized churches who are looking to increase communication and engagement. A larger church, possibly multi-site, or those with complex needs may need to find an alternative like CCB. For most, however, Breeze strikes a fantastic balance of having lots of control, functionality, and power without being convoluted.

• Too many names included even when the correct address has been provided for the initial query
• Not providing total clarity about DonorSearch specific definitions
• Providing too much info from low-quality profiles

• Lacks the ability to customize some "vital" data, such as family relationship.
• I'd like to see more customization in "child check-in" ticket prints.

Very clean interface and easy to navigate based on labeling. Also, the onboarding process is very easy to follow and understand! DonorSearch also does weekly webinars that help and are insightful when looking to learn new things about the system

Every experience I've had with Breeze's customer support has been... incredible. While being exceedingly polite, they are prompt and helpful. When addressing my concerns, they often anticipated other potential concerns and provide answers to them. Very proactive. The support staff seems to be very knowledgeable. I feel like there's no problem that could arise, that they couldn't tackle.

DonorSearch was the first product we onboarded for our donor research and haven't left them because of the success we have had with them so far!

• There has not been a negative impact
• We have been able to get a jumpstart on many leads
• We are able to see whose giving aligns with our organization

• It makes donating simpler. Online giving makes up 98% of our total donations
• The customized reports help us connect newer people to our church
