Overall Satisfaction with Breeze
Breeze CHMS was adopted by my church around two years ago to replace CCB (Church Community Builder). Our previous management system was far too convoluted. Breeze, while being powerful, made it far more straightforward to track our congregation member's information, increase involvement, and improve on prompt communication. The ability to schedule volunteers and text members are also beneficial.
- Detailed reports for attendance, returned members etc
- Volunteer scheduling
- Lacks the ability to customize some "vital" data, such as family relationship.
- I'd like to see more customization in "child check-in" ticket prints.
- Much lower price point than alternatives makes it fiscally responsible.
- Easy to use platform makes it easy to use for volunteers.
Breeze CHMS is far less expensive and infinitely less complicated than CCB. Yes, CCB is a fantastic platform for large organizations, but it is not very well suited for our congregation with ~400-500 weekly attendance. Breeze, while being surprisingly powerful, remains quite easy to use, integrate into our website and email platform has a great mobile application and is pretty customizable.
