EasyDMARC vs. OptiMail.ai

So if a company is setting up a new domain and their user base is email-heavy, then EAZY DMARC is the best tool to use to track and get the steps for certificates and to monitor the IP, domain health, and to continuously evolve in DMARC for a none-to-reject policy, with other certification monitoring as well - like SPF, DKIM, BIMI, etc. But if you are an expert in domains and email certifications, I feel that DMARC failure reports and diagnosis will be useful to have. The initial learning curve is a bit much, especially since most MSPs themselves are learning the product and platfrom, but once you're up and about it, then things become considerably easier. EasyDMARC has now become one of the default products that we add to our client's portfolio as soon as we onbard them

Sendmarc is great, but they had a lot of features we didn't need and were priced a bit higher. EasyDMARC had just what we needed for our company size.

• Support team helped us to get the required certificates and health checkup periodically saved us a lot of consultant fees for us which could have come in thousands.
• we run 2 domains and 7 sub domains and through this dashboard we were able to identify the exact sub-domain issue instead of a generic "domain" issue.
• A spike in DMARC failures looked like a real problem, but when we check the aggregate reports int he tool, it was just forwarding , so we skipped changing DNS and save a week for us.
