Easypurl vs. ShortStack

Easypurl is very well suited for tracking responses on an email blast. It tracks e-delivery, and who clicks any hyperlinks in the email.

I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. As a longtime customer, they have accommodated my needs. Their platform is set up for all users - whether you are not very tech-savvy or an IT person, you can find ways to utilize your skills.

• Easypurl has very easy-to-use reporting. The reporting has helped many of our clients to better understand the analytics that easypurl provides.
• Easypurl is very easy to use. We design the campaign in dreamweaver, and make a few modifications, and the campaign is ready to go.

• It would be helpful if Easypurl would allow users to delete campaigns.

• No API integration for email collection in real-time to major ESPs such as Responsys.

We tried MindFire for about a year, and found that it wasn't as easy to use as Easypurl. The interface was not as forgiving, and all templates had to be built within MindFire. The campaign reporting was difficult for our clients to understand.

They’re similar, but not the same type of product. Both offer great flexibility for a business.
