There's just so much versatility with Easyretro that I can't think of where it couldn't be used. If you wanted to make a collage, I guess this board would be too structured for that but for most conversations in a business that require organization, this is the best tool for the job. Where EasyRetro really shines is allowing the feedback to be anonymous (Others do as well but most of them require some kind of registration).

I think it is well-suited for populations who value social media and being connected in this manner at work. If the population does not value this type of open interaction, it will be underutilized. Many of our baby-boomer generation staff have a hard time seeing the relevancy of a site such as this.

The profile finder is glitchy and rarely comes up with solid results.
The site sometimes has glitches, such as subject pages not loading and complete content not appearing on the screen until you refresh or give it an abnormal amount of time to load.
The "USAID Search" option should appear first for the search results. It is not intuitive that it is the last search option to select. Often users don't even clearly recognize that they need to select types of search results.

Anyone who has has navigated to the board knows how easy it is to use. The design is simple and the options are intuitive. People of any age can get on and understand how to use the features on this board. The simplicity drives engagement and more feedback is collected as a result.

EasyRetro beats out the competition by a landslide. The beginning tutorial is much shorter, easy for anyone to join, and very intuitive to continue use.
