EazyBI is a great tool to create custom reports based on team performance where measures like Hours Spent are used. It's not as easy as measuring capacity, since that still must be done externally and saved in user-defined formulas

The iCharts has suited our organization work as it has helped us a lot in our internal and external works. As we use iCharts for the internal team in representing the working reports and data of the business in an accurate manner. It helps in representing the presentation to the client to showcase our work and present him the data and work flow through the iCharts. As I don't found anything missing in this software.

  • Gauges make it easy to understand how teams are performing against targets.
  • Customizable formulas make it possible to measure what matters most to your team and company.
  • This tool eliminated the need for ad-hoc analysis, and managers could repurpose the time saved into other qualitative measures instead.

  • The new platform has limitations on colors and sizing
  • iCharts seem to have closed its doors without notification and now we have a product with no support

EazyBI is the only tool that allows for dynamic reporting. I'd highly recommend investing the time to learn how to create user-defined formulas since the return on value will increase as time passes

  • Since EazyBI can be configured for team quantitative measures, collaboration time now focuses on brainstorming and discussion around projects.
  • Since user-defined formulas are reused across reports, there's less deviation in reporting from different people.
  • There's less time spent debating the reporting setup since reports are configured once and kept current through the fiscal quarter.
