ecomdash vs. Servigistics

It would be well suited for a business that is just starting out with inventory management and sells on multiple channels. They are a growing company that is constantly changing and making improvements. I don't think there is another competitor out there that can offer the same features at their price point. It may not be well suit for large organizations.

Servigistics is very well suited if you are in need of a one-stop solution for all your Inventory Management scenarios. The software can be molded & updated as per your liking and can cater to a wide variety of industries, be it logistics, manufacturing, or even pharmaceuticals. Back end support is the best if you face any issue while using the software & your queries are resolved with utmost precision & within the specified time frame Slight upgrade in GUI would make this one of the best tools in the market when it comes to Inventory Management

• User interface. The whole thing feels clunky.
• Knowledge-base. Their searchable knowledge base isn't really all that helpful. It feels like it was written as an afterthought.

• GUI updates can be done on a more frequent basis
• Better FAQ section & the ability to connect with a specialist in case you have a specific problem that needs resolution
• The ability to modify the service on the go rather than go through a lengthy process of approvals

eComdash always answers our questions, and they have a call-back system to speak on the phone which is very convenient. The people there actually understand the complexities of the software and understand our problems when we explain them. Things get solved quickly and we feel like they care about the speed of the resolution.
