ecomdash vs. Yo!Kart

It would be well suited for a business that is just starting out with inventory management and sells on multiple channels. They are a growing company that is constantly changing and making improvements. I don't think there is another competitor out there that can offer the same features at their price point. It may not be well suit for large organizations.

Yo!Kart is well suited for a multivendor market, an online market with multiple shops selling products. Yo!Kart would work well for an organization with limited resources and little to no software engineers. The FatBit team is very competent and skilled at making the changes needed to support your needs.

• Multi-channel inventory sync: automatic depletion and restoration of inventory with sales and refunds, syncing back to all your channels.
• Sales order and purchase order management: keep track of things you buy and sell while simultaneously keeping your inventory accurate.
• Custom upload and export formats: you can make ecomdash work with almost any platform by creating your own formats to upload or export your data.

• It has a very simple to use user interface
• They provide us many revenew options, such as PPS and more.
• The customer service is magnificent!

• User interface. The whole thing feels clunky.
• Knowledge-base. Their searchable knowledge base isn't really all that helpful. It feels like it was written as an afterthought.

• Providing individual sellers more access to their customer's contact information.
• Update their documentation to reflect recent upgrades.
• better support for Third Party Integrations.

eComdash always answers our questions, and they have a call-back system to speak on the phone which is very convenient. The people there actually understand the complexities of the software and understand our problems when we explain them. Things get solved quickly and we feel like they care about the speed of the resolution.

I have not had first hand experience with inventory management software like ecomdash.

We tested almost 10 different products and Yo!Kart was a clear winner for us. The possibility to customize the marketplace and add all new functionalities was better than on the other products.

• Allowed us to keep inventory in sync across multiple platforms preventing overselling.
• Allowed us to sync inventory from multiple warehouses.
