Eddy vs. EMP Trust HR

If you understand the pitfalls of Eddy, such as needing to manually track what has been signed--vs still pending--then it is a well utilized system. Being able to send documents for signature via HelloSign is useful. At one point we had used HelloSign for onboarding but made it made it difficult to transition and track new hires.

Through EMP Trust HR, it becomes very easy to collaborate with multiple employees and easy on effective resources production and the excellent project data management solution. EMP Trust HR is a very flexible system that easily creates excellent reports on employees' activities and easy project payment data management, and effective integration capability.

• An employee needs to accept the invitation to populate in the onboarding tab
• Documents do not show which documents are pending signature
• As an HR software, it should have a place with labor law updates based on region

• Starting with the tool is not that simple, especially when you have no experience with other similar platforms.
• HR operations management for multiple projects is turf.

ADP HR did not have the tracking portion and allowance of signatures that Eddy does. ADP had an electronic filing system but no ability to send out documents for signature. ADP HR has up-to-date labor laws for our location, so we had to sign up for both products--one to mitigate our legal liability and the other to easily track HR docs that have been signed.

Unlike all the above platforms, employee management and HR document management are very easy and effective and easy project data and document management. To easily manage the project and employees' productivity through EMP Trust HR is more effective and cost-effective and even to create excellent real-time reports on EMP Trust HR is easier and more profitable.

• Through EMP Trust HR is an easy process to manage all the employees from multiple projects.
• To improve employees experience, the EMP Trust HR is the best solution.
