We have spent many hours on the phone or via email coordinating with a person at the state of MI who has had to help us understand how it works and how to accomplish what we need for our contract with them. Alternatives Considered	HTC Global Services We did not select it. It is a requirement that we use it under our current contract with a funder. We have not evaluated any other products like this.
