Timekeeping is good, but the report output could be better. The interface is much better than it used to be.

Litify stores everything for our firm, and that is very helpful. Even if a case closed earlier than 2023, we're able to access the file and see everything stored. It promotes organization for valuable case information and provides a platform to see everything in one place, separated as needed. I haven't experienced any instances where it was inappropriate

• Users have reported that they have more reporting capability in other software.
• The upgrade process is very time-consuming.
• Sometimes slow.

Litify is very easy to learn how to use and is easy to edit. Being able to edit taskbars, calendars, folders, etc., is all great
