Encircle vs. Guidewire ClaimCenter

Encircle is the best field software we have ever used. The designer must have worked in the field because every challenge we face has been addressed in the software. The ability to provide our Customers so many types of reporting in real time helps keep our company in the forefront of our Industry.

ClaimCenter is well suited for any size insurance company, as it is easy to use, is intuitive in navigating through the screens, and helps keep adjusters and managers on top of respective claims inventories via the ability to create and assign "activities".

• Real time reporting from the job site.
• Very detailed drying reports for all of our water losses
• Interactive reports for our customers including photos and videos.
• Excellent content listing and photography options.

• Creates an efficient workflow
• Intuitive interface simplifies training and mitigates some mistakes

• Sometimes it takes a long time to load the job at the site.
• As long as the internet signal is strong the software works beautifully. You can work offline in those cases where the signal is not good or not there at all.

• Challenging and complex integration with other systems
• Anticipating more support from core implementation for a seamless end-to-end flow

Most interactions with support have been very helpful and led to the resolution of the issues. They were more than willing to help resolve issues and were knowledgeable. Also, the time to get an actual representative was much lower than many other vendors. Getting to additional tiers of support was a hassle at times, but once there the issues got resolved.

They fail to have the same features and customer service

We have been very happy users of ClaimCenter (currently on version 9) for over 15 years and have not had any reason to review other competitor claims management platforms.

• Increase in Average Job Size
• Major Increase in the QUALITY of our documentation
• The technician say it takes longer to do the handwritten paperwork, but I would argue that they weren’t doing it the correct way before and if they were, it’s actually faster using Encircle.

• ROI is still under assessment
