When I need to do a proof of concept of a solution for a client and it must have high levels of privacy and at the same time performance, I use IBM Cloud Container Registry.

• Ability to recover site quickly to different zone when AWS has a widespread outage

Not Applicable in our case. We started using IBM container registry as IBM bluemix is our preferred cloud platform
