Entrust Standard SSL Certificates vs. Trend Micro Email Security

Because they have been around so long and are so well known there is a high level of confidence in their product. They have a full range of PKI products and are excellent support. They have always been available whenever we had a question. I would say that they are the gold standard in PKI.

PRO: all companies that need an antispam, antivirus. It should not be activated if it is not possible to deactivate the anti-spam provided by the provider.
you have to check the in/out of the mail a few days to verify false positives and manage the rules.
CONS: It is too expensive for small companies, it's better to use services offered by the mail provider.

• The renewal process is incredibly simple.
• Turn around for new requests is very fast.
• Full email notification system for application owners.

• Trend Micro Email Security provides, among email Encryption and it's really helpful to protect the email from hackers.
• It's very easy to sync with Microsoft™ Office™ 365, just one click to install.
• Total cloud based security system so it's doesn't affect system memory, with very less memory space it could run very smoothly.

• There are so many purveyors of SSL certificates or SSL certificate resalers today. Entrust is not competitive on price.

• It would be great if there was a structure where users would approve or rate their own mails.

The product really does everything it can and offers it very simply. In other words, after using it for many years like us, it feels as if the email system could not exist without Trend Micro Email Security. Using email in a corporate structure without this or any other product is the job of brave people.

Overall, Trend Micro Email Security does what is designed to do, however, it can be a bit frustrating tweaking the policies to get them just right due to the vagueness of some of the levels of protection available for some of the features (e.g., scales that range from "Low" to "Highest")

As a reseller, it can be difficult to locate the appropriate support number to call, however, once a case has been opened for a support request, it is generally resolved fairly quickly.

Entrust offers an easy to use, fully featured cloud framework for certificate management. This framework is very solid and highly recommended as it gives my business the ability to remain agile while giving persistence to my overall security posture.

I think Trend Micro Email Security gave us the best price along with the best overall features. We felt more comfortable using the Email Security along with the other Trend Micro products. It keeps our environment safe and has been a great way to help our end users through email issues. I would defiantly recommend this Trend Micro Email Security product to IT professionals a like.

• Their product is necessary for us to provide modern services to our patients and still remain compliant with government regulation.

• eliminating the threat before it enters the organization makes the network more secure
• You don't have to check all PCs when a user clicks on a fake link because the email is delete before.
