Epicor BisTrack vs. Infor Cloverleaf Integration Platform

Epicor BisTrack works well for us, as we have the WMS gun and a huge warehouse with inventory that needs to be located. It is also nice for looking at long-term product sales history.

Web API integration, healthcare integration is best suited in Cloverleaf. It is robust. So it's perfectly well suited where infrastructure is advanced and up to date.

• Easier User Interface; hard to navigate or learn
• Financial module could use improvement; i.e. the Accounts Receivable function is lacking and hard to find information easily
• More customization of the built-in reporting and analytics

• High cost if one needs to migrate to another environment like cloud.
• Customer engagement. We are not yet fully aware of all services and capabilities Infor provides.
• Does not offer bundled deals. Each solutions is sold separately.

I've used many other operating systems; AS/400, Oracle, etc and this one is the easiest to manipulate the information needed. I am certain there are more functions that I need to learn.

• Has helped us with understanding our inventory and monitoring levels
• From a sales standpoint, seeing which products are losing margin and running reports to find trends in sales

• Return wise it has a huge impact since a lot of healthcare data is integrated.
• It gives us a different option to be offered to our clients as compared with other integration engine tools.
