We utilize Epicor BisTrack by managing projects from bidding through to completion. This software allows us to define a clear path for both the customer and our construction team to outline scopes and contracts. We are able to easily communicate, manage, update and outline processes throughout each individual project and seamlessly move from one project to another. This software also comes in handy for warranty work allowing our back end team to see pictures and progress after completion. By having the ability to see from layout to completion and narrow down fields by drop down menus our team can easily locate areas in specific projects that maybe of concern.

- The positive aspect is that everything can be attached to an "order" so we know exactly what the cost was against the sale price. We don't lose backorders bc they are automatically created and attached.
