Customers appreciate the ease of use in regards to customization and data searches as well as the ability to limit what employees can do. Other advantages that customers point out are increased team productivity due to quicker quotes, call offs and orders, quick look up of customer history, attaching documents to accounts, better management views due to related documents and smart views, electronic signature capture, mobile apps, and business intelligence.
