Epicor BisTrack vs. Infor Financials & Supply Management

Epicor BisTrack works well for us, as we have the WMS gun and a huge warehouse with inventory that needs to be located. It is also nice for looking at long-term product sales history.

If you have a large organization and there are few segments where ERP coverage is expensive and not efficient (for instance in newly acquired entities not yet fully integrated) then Infor CloudSuite Financials can be immensely helpful. As it not only offers an efficient and effective tool, but it can also help in unraveling the integration and coverage challenges which would crop up while executing complete PMI.

• Dynamically move between projects, changes and scopes

• Easier User Interface; hard to navigate or learn
• Financial module could use improvement; i.e. the Accounts Receivable function is lacking and hard to find information easily
• More customization of the built-in reporting and analytics

I've used many other operating systems; AS/400, Oracle, etc and this one is the easiest to manipulate the information needed. I am certain there are more functions that I need to learn.

• Has helped us with understanding our inventory and monitoring levels
• From a sales standpoint, seeing which products are losing margin and running reports to find trends in sales
